HALLOWEEN is traditionally a day when children go out and knock on doors to gather as many sweets as they can.
But sometimes parents can be left out of the festivities – so we’ve found nine ways that you can have a bit of fun too by pranking the people next door.
Freak your neighbours out by placing these cardboard glow-in-the-dark eyes in your bushes.
Take old toilet paper rolls and cut out eyes in them. Then place glow sticks in them and place them in random bushes late at night.
All this prank needs is a pillow, a jumper, a pair of jeans and some fake blood and instantly your drive becomes a murder scene.
If your neighbours are up for a trick or treat, give them both in the form of
sugar-coated onion made to resemble a toffee apple – though you’d have to be
in a very cruel mood.
There will be no trick or treating for these naughty kids.
Rich Ferguson’s prank can be recreated to scare your friends from next door.
All it requires is an oversized blazer and stuffed black binbags.
This a sure fire way to panic your neighbours, or anyone on the street for
that matter. Just place a fake arm out the back of your boot.
Who wouldn’t be scared by an invasion of giant spiders? This prank is so easy
too – just buy fake web from the fancy dress shop.

Halloween is a holiday commemorated each year on October 31, and Halloween 2020 will occur on Saturday, October 31. The practice came from with the old Celtic celebration of Samhain, when individuals would light bonfires and put on costumes to prevent ghosts. In the eighth century, Pope Gregory III assigned November 1 as a time to recognize all saints. Quickly, All Saints Day included several of the traditions of Samhain. The evening before was known as All Hallows Eve, and later on Halloween. Over time, Halloween developed into a day of tasks like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, wearing costumes and also eating deals with.
